Shipping & Returns

Goods may be returned within 7 days of the receipt, on the condition that the item is returned unused (in their original packaging if appropriate).

In the event of any goods arriving damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Please do not return damaged items without authorisation from ourselves.

We will endeavour to deliver your order promptly, however we reserve the right to delay, suspend or cancel your order for any reasonable cause. Dress Code will not be responsible for any incidental loss or damage, however caused. 

We will treat each order of goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

Goods are subject to availablity. Should we be unable to supply, we will contact you as soon as popssible and ensure that no payment is taken for the goods (or any payment already taken is refunded in full).

As soon as we had delivered the goods you are responsible for them. If you delay accepting a delivery, our responsibility for everything other than damage due to our negligence will end on the date the carrier tried to deliver the goods to you.

All transactions and interactions with Dress Code are governed by English Law.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.

• All prices on our website are inclusive of any applicable VAT but exclusive of delivery and insurance charges which will be payable as indicated by our shopping cart at the time of placing your order.
• You will only own the goods once we have received the payment in full.
